I consult with owners and executives on where AI belongs in the company and what to do first. The work is a conversation and a decision, not a slide deck left behind. It can start as a focused piece of work and continue month to month. The fee is fixed and agreed before it starts. You can cancel any month.

No. I do the consulting myself.
